Not abortion.  I'm thinking more along the lines of "Minority Report."  Instead of pre-crime it's pre-gene-pool-pollution.  I hop into my trusty time machine and knock one of the offenders unconscious.  Then I drag them to Fargo, North Dakota where they wake up in a men's bathroom stall with a sign hung around his or her neck that says "Free Samples."
