i'd sort of throw it in a pan and add stuff

then i'd serve it with veggies and some sort of starch thingy like potatoes or pasta

remember to add spices to taste

Ok, in a bowl I ran 4 cloves of garlic through a microplane, chopped a few sprigs of rosemary fine, added kosher salt, black pepper cumin, and a little oil.  I rubbed this all over the loin roast, and roasted it for 30 minutes at 450.

Let sit for 10 minutes, and slice.

Wikkid good.
