TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

QuoteBut apart from "oh, that's cute", I don't really see what's the big deal about? Or maybe I missed part of the clue by not watching more than half of that vid?

/b/ these days will make a meme out anything that's stupid and annoying enough.

Case in point: THE BEST

Not like back in the day. None of you kids would understand.

I Am Not A Rhombus

/b/ was genuinely a lot more interesting back in the day. Even when it started to seriously suck around 2007 or so, it still had some fun stuff on it.

Faust

it had childporn, repetition for the stupid and unfunny.
the difference was there was MORE anime and less motivational posters (none of which have ever been funny).

Now on 4chan it's cool to rip into anime and weeaboos.

Faust

And you're accusing faust of that? You really haven't lurked here much at all, have you?

Also, if you stay away from the more popular boards, 4chan can be tolerable. And it's also quite possible that even /b/ was okay for a week or something.

World2ch and 4-ch have always been a much better idea, but neither of them ever became very popular, presumably because of the lack of free porn.

Granted, it wasn't consecutive.

Iason Ouabache

/b/ reminds me a lot of Apple Talk.  Everyone complains about it, but nobody ever stops going there.
You cannot fathom the immensity of the fuck i do not give.

I  think that you see that because in order to complain about it, you HAVE to be going there, or you wouldn't know what you were complaining about.
"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."
