TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

it possibly masks the acid flavour somewhat, but i can't imagine the honey having any inhibiting effect on the reaction causing to acid-cook the fish.

it probably mostly cooks on the outside, though.

Yeah, yeah.

Mesozoic Mister Nigel

A certain somebody left cabbages in my Char-Griller, and now there are horrible rotten cabbages in it.  :x

Yeah, yeah.

Not all of us live in Cali dear.

I'm fairly certain some sort of wild animal has taken up lodge in our grill, considering how shamefully unused it's been.

:D  Hence the: yeah, yeah.  Asshattery (and yes, bitchery, I'll admit).

I will be doing a CRAB BOIL on Mother's Day, however, and we will be grilling, boiling and devouring at will all sorts of fish.  With beers.  Lots and lots of BEERS.

Who the fuck eats fish at a crab boil?

Californians evidently. It must be a cultural thing.

Jenne

JEEZ.  SHELLfish.  Pedantic asshats.  It's not just crabs but lobster and clams and mussels, and someone's doing a paella and someone's doing ceviche.  So there's shellfish and other fishes too.

Goddamn.

AFK

I hate fish, so if I were having a crab boil I'd replace all of the shellfish with hamburgers and chicken and sausage.
Cynicism is a blank check for failure.

LMNO

Actually, simmering chicken in crab boil sounds pretty fucking good.
