TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

The answer is The Scots.
Ah - you mean the kilt-wearing Irish?

Yes, the Protestant kilt-wearing Irish. The ones who don't blow up Englishmen, they just punch every single Englishman in the face, using your face as a proxy.
And that's why I voted for the Finns.

i didn't want to post which side i supported so as not to sway the results, but now that they are leaning towards finland, i feel compelled to submit the following:

james joyce
oscar wilde
W B Yeats
Samuel Becket
William Rowan Hamilton

Finns do have better race and rally drivers.

James Joyce cancels out all the good stuff.

"Billy, when I say that ethics is our number one priority and safety is also our number one priority, you should take that to mean exactly what I said. Also quality. That's our number one priority as well. Don't look at me that way, you're in the corporate world now and this is how it works."

"I'm guessing it was January 2007, a meeting in Bethesda, we got a bag of bees and just started smashing them on the desk," Charles Wick said. "It was very complicated."

Yup.  Highest recorded number of kills of any sniper.  One man scourge of the Red Army.  705 confirmed kills in less than a hundred days.
:aaa: Why is there not a movie about this man's life? Then again, it would probably be 2 hours worth of BOOM HEADSHOT! BOOM HEADSHOT! BOOM HEADSHOT! BOOM HEADSHOT!
You cannot fathom the immensity of the fuck i do not give.

Yes. But it would involve killing a lot of Soviets so it would make buckets of money.

Voted for the Irish.
One for sorrow,
Two for joy,
Three for a girl,
Four for a boy,
Five for silver,
Six for gold,
Seven for a secret never to be told.

According to BNR, the Encyclopedia of Metal, Finland has 123 metal bands.  One of which, Moonsorrow, is one of the best metal bands, evar.

Ireland has a paltry 12.

It's a no-brainer.

The only reason I can think of is because of the relationship between the Finns and the Nazis during the Winter War.  It actually wasn't very close, but the Finns were not entirely hostile to the Germans either (though they jerked them around no end, and deliberately went out of their way to upset them re: Jews), and lots of people might think of them badly because of that.  The historical record puts them in a fairly good light, but at the time...

Hang on, you're saying that Hollywood wouldn't want to touch it because of such a minor obstacle as historical accuracy?

I'm terribly undecided about this...
