Since it's small and cheap as free, I'd say load it with texts, PDF's, or images any aspiring asshole or fellow jerk might make want, and be ready to hand it out when you meet someone who could use it.

Just looked that up, certianly lives up to the name!

I'm pretty sure that if you get the right distro you should be able to fit Linux in 64MB easily. IIRC I had one running on a (1.4MB) floppy ages ago, on some cheap ass ancient 386 to function as a router.

What might be more fun (or completely dickish and evil depending on how you look at it / use it) is, I once saw a schematic that apparently you just need to open the thing up and connect the right (wrong) two wires, and since the USB port is also connected to the computer power source (it charges iPods, after all) it fries the victims motherboard upon insertion. I read it on a messageboard related to the anon scientology raids, I have no idea if it works, it seems plausable and I bet you can easily find the info on google.

Then, mail it to your favourite politician or RIAA-type head figure. Add a nice looking formal letter maybe pretending to come from a plausible source. Even if they don't trust it, their first instincts will be to perform a virus scan ...

If you store plain ascii text documents, 64mb can store a hell of a lot of reading material.

One thing I read about on Make or Instructable or somewhere was the idea of hiding a USB disk in a wall in the form of a telephone jack. As long as you connect the same four wires to the same four places, there *shouldn't* be any problem with that, though arguably you might want to store more than 64mb.

I did manage to find Enki's hard drive disguised as a phone jack on Instructables.

Sadly, no sign of Triple Zip's mobo-fryer (although the google results suggest it is possible).  I am not giving up just yet.
