That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. From what I've read, that part of the legislation was bundled in with the rest of the Icesave debt, so in blocking one, the President is blocking them all.  Nonetheless, it is only the part I highlighted which is contentious.
