TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye, The Oracle Speaks!

It was midnight, and the idyllic countryside was covered in darkness. Few lights were on, but those that were shone from behind boarded-up windows and locked doors. No-one wanted to be the first victim of the Wolves.

Lysergic lighted his pipe and relaxed back into his chair. He smoked as he read from the pages of Great Expectations: a personal favorite of his. He had boarded his windows and locked the door just like everybody else, but unlike everyone else he was strangely calm. He had always been a fatalist, and if the Universe should happen to decide that his time was up, so be it.

The lantern beside him began to flicker. Lysergic groaned and tried to fan the flame to keep it alive, but no such luck was to be had. The flame went out with a puff of smoke, and darkness instantly covered the house. He swore a mild oath under his breath and looked for some matches in his jacket pocket. He found one, and lit it. The light illuminated the chair and his book, but only just. He reached over the re-light the lantern.

Had Lysergic been more aware of his surroundings, he might have seen the twin pools of light that flickered into being above his head; a pair of eyes from an eldritch nightmare. He didn't.

The intruder released his grip on the ceiling beams, and the bodies of Wolf and Man collided. The lit match dropped to the floor, oblivious to the murder occurring not a foot away. It flickered bravely for a few seconds, before being extinguished by a spreading pool of blood.

Wolf Fenrir has claimed Lysergic as his first victim. 17 players now remain.

It is now day. The villagers have 24 hours to secure a lynch (9 votes required).
Is it plugged in?

The Wizard

Damn, sorry Lysergic. Hopefully you'll enjoy zombie-hood. I figure that LMNO is the obvious choice to lynch here, so I vote we lynch him.
Insanity we trust.

LYSERGIC WAS THE PSYCHIC! I KNOWS IT!
My shit list: Stephen Harper, anarchists that complain about taxes instead of institutionalized torture, those people walking, anyone who lets a single aspect of themselves define their entire personality, salesmen that don't smoke pipes, Fredericton New Brunswick, bigots, philosophy majors, my nemesis, pirates that don't do anything, criminals without class, sociopaths, narcissists, furries, juggalos, foes.

Storebrand

I'm reserving my vote.

The Wizard

How do you know? NP claims he's the psychic.
Insanity we trust.

Jasper

Um, great.

I vote we lynch LMNO.  His admitting to being a werewolf tactic obviously a gambit to avoid being lynched.

Wait, does cold reading count?

EDIT: This avatar works great with my last two posts in this thread.

He said that the fourth wolf was annonymous :fnord:, actually.

I vote to lynch NP, as such.

President Television

Back up, there are four wolves now?

Three wolves, one psychic. Such is custom.
Is it plugged in?

The Wizard

The fourth wolf was a red herring.
Insanity we trust.

Jasper

So, do we have enough votes to do away with Alphapance?

The Wizard

Insanity we trust.
