TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

I've sorta fallen in love with kalamata olives.

I'm a sucker for manzanilla olives. My daughter could probably live on nothing but kalamata olives, which is good considering her middle name.

"Feta"?

Kalamatas are delish.  I love olives in general, though, and same with pickles.

I'm sort if enamored with cornichons. I mean, what isn't there to love about teeny tiny pickles?

Just was re-reading this thread and it needs to mention pickled garlic now. Which btw goes very well with kalamata olives.

never had field peas before (the dried kind), until just now when I cooked them with lentils, garlic, onions and thyme, and I have to say I really really like them. Much better than non-fresh green peas, although just fresh green peas still take the cake.

I just made a pasta salad with kalamata olives, sun dried-tomatoes, pine nuts, and feta cheese. Now, I have to figure out what kind of dressing to use.

That's sounds great, Kai.

What I ended up doing was mixing a little mayo with spicy mustard, basalmic vinagrette, and lots of cracked pepper. It turned out really well.

It tastes even better today than it did yesterday.

Some things usually taste better the next day when they have had time to mingle in their flavours. :D Borscht especially.   :fap:
