The thing which is puzzling me, is why did the person who PM'd me claiming to be the psychic, then cast a vote against me?  They said they didn't like the way I handled the situation, but that's a bit harsh.  And NP, for all his confusion, seems to have accepted his fate and is lining up for a big "I told you so".  Ah screw it, I think I'm being played like a fiddle here.

If you guys look back through the pages you will see FP exhibiting some unusual and inflammatory behavior beyond the back-and-forth "lol no ur werewalf", he is the only person who has done this.

What are you talking about?  I've tried to cool things down and apply logic wherever possible.  Now I know why mob mentality usually wins out over logic - it's safer to not be a target.  The most unusual behaviour here is yours - you didn't put forward any case to lynch me while everyone was lining up against NP... and now you claim that all along you "knew" I'm a wolf because the "psychic" told you.  That does not make sense.  No wookie required.

Except it's not really logic. It doesn't hold up under scrutiny.

It's certainly easier to dismiss everything I say as 'not holding up under scrutiny', rather than going through and trying to debunk facts on record.

I'm sticking with my vote against you, for while I know that both NP you have lied, I think NP was just confused more than anything else - that a lie in order to lynch a wolf is "okay" or something.

Sadly the truth is in 25+ pages which most people don't have the time to read.  Nice job on the smoke screen AtD!

One of us is lying, both of us will probably die. There's nothing either of us can say to convince everyone so they'll just have to figure it out the hard way or be crippled with indecision until you and your friends eat everyone.

Let's look at it this way. If you vote to lynch FP and he's a wolf then you know that I am telling the truth and the psychic really has chosen me to speak for them.

If you vote to lynch NP and he IS a werewolf, then you know that I am, in all likelihood, a werewolf since I was pushing for FP instead of NP. Again, I don't know if NP is a werewolf or not but I am pretty damn certain that FP is.

If you lynch me and I am a wolf you can be pretty certain that FP is not a wolf. If I am human, FP is a wolf.

I am suspicious of Semaj because of his asking that the psychic be revealed.

I am suspicious of LMNO because he told us he was a werewolf, but I am the least certain that he is a werewolf.

I also, haven't read about 10 pages of this, so I should probably go back and check that out.

Look at how much he's pushing to have me lynched when before I wasn't even considered.

The psychic has told me that I am the only one they have spoken with and that everyone else is lying when they say they have spoken with the psychic.

Let's not confuse things.  You claim that you have "special knowledge" that I am a werewolf, yet you did nothing to warn the townsfolk, and did nothing to dissuade the lynch mob forming against an innocent villager.  In fact, you kept safely in the background until I pointed the finger at you.

Urgh.  I so don't want to be another Jon'nyx.  So please bear with me.

I got a PM from one of the players here, claiming to be the psychic, asking not to be revealed.  But they also told me to pass on the result of their first guess.  My problem now is that if I do pass it on, then I become a target, and if I just quietly ignore it because I don't want the drama, then I become a target in their eyes, wasting their vote.  And if it's really a werewolf just fucking with me, then I'm fucked every which way anyway.

It confuses the heck out of me, so I'm just going to take the cowardly way out and let the village decide what I should do, but I'm not going to release the psychics name, even under secrecy of PM, so please don't ask - unless they want to reveal themselves, at which point I will confirm it.

This is what I meant earlier. He was the first person to start that and this is what kicked off all the confusion.
