Sheesh.  I'm trying to organize an anti wolf strike force.  

If this group actually comes together and votes on who to lynch as a block of votes, then the wolves don't stand a chance.

ETA: Well technically they do stand a chance, but it's a lot more weighted in villager favor.  Numerically speaking, even if all three wolves are in the group, the six villagers will find out quickly enough.

Not true.  You voted against me, but you didn't try to pin the wolfs tail on me until I cast my vote against you.

See, when you claimed that I sent you that message you already knew Lysergic was going to die. You didn't claim WHO it was that sent you the message until after I announced what the psychic told me.

Again, you got the events out of order.  I know you were rushing to cover your own ass before the voting closed, but you really didn't mention anything about the "psychic" contacting you until I first cast my vote against you.  That's just a matter of record.

If you had really been contacted by the psychic and the person they told you was an innocent was immediately killed then you would have announced to everyone that the person who contacted you was most likely a wolf, but you didn't.

It took me a while to understand this sentence, but when I did I saw that it doesn't follow.  You were the one who told me about Lysergic being human, after I passed that on to the board it wasn't surprising to me that the wolves would choose him.  You're right, in hindsight, it does seem like he was chosen for dramatic effect... which is why I said that I'd been played like a fiddle... and it's a nice touch trying to give me all the "credit" 

Also - NP already said that the person who contacted me was probably a wolf, but since I mostly suspected NP at that time because of the fake PM and the claim that he was the psychic, I didn't give it much thought.

Neither did anyone else, for that matter, which is another flaw in your logic.

It's mob rule anyway unless the team makes an extra special effort to fact-check statements and do the boring work of picking apart the logical inconsistencies.  For example, I noticed that although AtD and I were throwing back and forth claims of "logic", no one else has gone through and come to an independent decision.  So what it came down to in the end was not logic but emotion and writing style, but one of us is the probably* the wolf we claim each other to be, and there is a way to discover which.  To get our shit together - 47 hours and counting 

*I take lying to be a strong sign, personally.

FP - I wish people weren't so fatalistic about working together more closely on this.  The nature of the situation is stacked against the villagers, especially on a forum where everybody and their dog are heavyweight contrarians of the first order-

It looks like a game theory problem to me.  You graph out the probability trees, and apply facts as they come along to them.  In the end choosing a good process doesn't guarantee victory, but our chances of surviving are vastly superior to those if we don't have any process at all.

Based on previous evidence, I would say that TGG had murdered the Dok in cold hard murder awhile back, and she went to admire her handiwork and found some mangy dog had put claws in her art. Nothing worth investigating by the sounds of it.

Maybe if we clean our necks with lemon scented clothes, it'll attract vampires.
