I love how EITHER of those guys could have picked the dude up like a sack of potatoes, but instead sort of poked at him helplessly and then tasered him.

Also, aren't police required to tell the arrestee what they're being arrested for?

I'm no lawyer, but the warrant may have been the reason. Even if it was, these cops seemed to be doing a pretty shitty job to me.
