TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

His work in Get Smart was a masterpiece.

I thought he was fantastic in "Get Shorty" "Be Cool".

Needs more Kano.

*tears out somebody's spine*

Kano tore out hearts.  Sub Zero was the spine remover.

Ah, right.

It's been more than a decade since I played it though...

Maybe I'll find a copy.

I forget which but he was downright FABULOUS in one of them...

Anyone ever think about how Richter inhabits the same reality as you and just scream and scream and scream, but in a good way?   :lulz:

eighteen buddha strike

That is a much much better looking adaptation of Mortal Kombat than those terrible movies.
I liked the games, mostly for the story actually, its nice to see it treated with a little dignity.

Rumckle

I don't even remember Mortal Combat having a story, I just remember being able to rip people apart.
It's not trolling, it's just satire.

I actually liked the campy, overdone, nonsensical story of the original movie.

It made no sense whatsoever, all the fights were awesome, and it paved the way for the "rule of cool" trope, IMO.  Doesn't matter that scorpion doesn't have a skull for a head, or that extradimensional kung fu wizards wouldn't have cyborgs, it's fucking awesome and that's enough.

Suu

The first one was awesome. The second one was a steaming pile of shit.

Plot is just an excuse to have fights and special effects.

Which weren't much above power rangers level in #2.
