TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

So I'm going to college for Graphic Design, and even with the cheapest of tools (GIMP) I have made quite a bit of graphic art...

Granted, it's not perfect, but hey, most people don't want to bother with this stuff. So if you dun liek it, you try it.

heh. this is art.

This was made on Microsoft Word

Jasper

Don't you mean MS paint?

...Can MS word do that?

Nope. See the cursor? Microsoft word.

For the shapes and fills, use autoshapes and adjust texture and shading, and 3D effects as desired.

The hardest part was the tree, using the free-form line...

It's a little fuxxed up, as you see.

My name and course name were on it in the lower right hand corner, as well as "Microsoft Word", but I blacked it out because of the public forum.

In order to get just the image, I did a print screen, saved it onto power point, cropped it, and saved it as a jpeg, I believe.

PNG. So it IS in Paint-compatible format, but I did make it in Word.

Jasper

What compelled you to do art in MS Word?

I find that highly suspect.

Freeky

i think it's all pretty neat.

Good job on your arts, CGH

Reeks of heresy, doesn't it?

It sounds a little warped, if you get my drift.

Wait til Professor Cramulus sees this.

We'd better not tell him just yet.  I'm not sure I can take another one of his black-hearted rages again so soon.

Sir Fronkensteen, The Hawk

At any rate, proof's up there, made it ten minutes ago...

Doktor Howl

The Weird is strong in this one.

Who the hell makes pics with Word?   :lulz:
Molon Lube

Apparently the paraplegic Desktop Publishing teacher Mr. Goforth.

Who also likes Metallica and Alice in Chains.
