I just can't stand it when people insult customer service reps because they can't get what they want and assume that the person on the other side of the phone or counter is doing it on purpose.

im never rude to CS reps, as I am one even as a receptionist. Even when extermely angry i tell the rep, "im not mad at you, im mad at the situation. and what the company you're working for is doing."
