I've just found a (sort of) local restaurant that has this. I WANT IT SO BAD, RIGHT NOW. Minus the boiled egg.
Am I the only person who prefers noodles to sushi?

Ooooohhh, but there is a huge asian market across town...
but I have to go do algebra soon.

Anyway, I have a feeling that if I tried to cook it, it would turn out like shit. I can boil noodles but getting the soup right doesn't work out for me.

Also, after watching Tampopo I have ridiculously high expectations of noodles, for better or for worse.

I wish I could be like the awesome hobos in the movie and stumble across delicious food, and break into restaurant kitchens to cook stuff because I know how...

Ah I remember that movie.  I probably shouldn't have seen that when I was twelve...  

But that was hyperbole.  Nobody's going to eat your soup in an insulting manner if it lacks in some minor perfections.

I acutally think the scenes in the movie with the G in the white hat and his lover are quite beautiful, despite my repulsion regarding eggs.
