They now have rescued 16 of the trapped workers.

Some are calling this a great act of human triumph and heroism.

Others are calling it a miner victory. 
Cynicism is a blank check for failure.

The  media are so hung up on the PTSD when I hear about this.  I wish they'd just celebrate with the families that this is finally coming to pass, a full 2 and a half months before they thought it would.

I wanted to go down there and help them with the rescue effort, but I'm not allowed within 500 feet of a miner.
