You know, this is even more disturbing if they got a warrant, given that A) at least one of the sites was upholding the law 100% and B) Said site doesn't appear to have done anything criminal, even if they were infringing, it wasn't a police matter.

ICE would handle anything involving a computer, if its actually criminal, wouldn't it?  There are some very specific things that are criminal within copyright infringement, just not any in this specific case that have been mentioned (conceivably, one of the users might have done something like that, which would give them cause to search for that user's info, but even if the site owners had set things up explicitly for copyright infringement they wouldn't be responsible for that).

Reading the fine print in the warrant, the domain name was not listed, they do not actually have a warrant for that, so this is a warrant-less seizure.

The screenshot does provide reason for the shutdown, or at least provides proof that lawful means were undertaken as a warrant was provided.
