No offense taken.  However, you have to understand that I'm not doing this for an interesting set of point-couterpoint arguments.  I'm doing it because he's a revolting piece of shit and I hate him more than I hated DK, fomentor, or even Hugh (Hugh was a manipulative bastard, but less repulsive overall than BH).  It's more a process of erosion than brilliant, incisive logic, etc.

If it helps, Nigel's hurt my feelings more.  Mostly because you have a tendency to misinterpret things that I say in ways that don't make any sense to me.  When you do that I get bewildered rather than offended and whatever humiliation, rage, or what have you would otherwise have resulted gets dissipated.

I'm assuming that is a technique that works well with a lot of other people because I've seen you do it to all sorts of people and I certainly don't think it's stupidity on your part.

I do understand that. From the perspective of one reading though, the point-counterpoint is more interesting. That's all I meant by that.

You know when you look at it this way you have to wonder how she stands it?  I mean the thought that every time I had sex that it might be my last because my sick in the head husband fantasizes about killing people during sex.  I personally would be such a wreck you would have to commit me.

Imagining either, while certainly not healthy, is no more wrong than imagining anything else.

While the Buddhists would agree that simply imagining something isn't wrong (i.e. carries no negative moral consequences, as they practice corpse rot visualizations and meditations), the fact that you have "Attached" your sexual gratification to the specific imagery of a person loosing his/her life in a sexual situation WILL damn you to the realms of Preta (ever-hungry devouring ghosts) and Naraka (hate-lust beasts/demons).

And given that the whole concept of "Buddhist Reincarnation" is an allegory that is supposed to teach you that re-incarnation does not happen at death, but during every moment of every NOW, it seems you have chosen those roles and refuse to reject them.

I don't know.  I certainly really really don't want either to happen.  I know that if she were raped and lived I'd do everything I could to get her proper therapy and whatnot so that she could live as healthy a life as possible.  I can't say that's better though.

I suppose I don't know enough about child sexual abuse to really judge, it's just a big scary bogeyman in my mind and I may be blowing it up to bigger proportions than it actually deserves.
