Doktor Phoxie loves this post-American life,
It's not for pies that she keeps that great big knife.

Some people are cut out for armageddon.  Like Phoxie, they're just chomping at the bit for a little Road Warrior action...And, like Phoxie, they're saying "Why wait?".

The answer to that is, "Because you won't have to wait long."  With the house under the control of lunatics, the government is basically disassembling America as fast as they can.  Child labor laws are being called into question, despite high unemployment among adults (kids are cheaper, and easier to abuse), roads and infrastructure will rot even faster, as the meager funding they have gets slashed, and they're "redistributing" the tax burden in an attempt to neuter the middle class once and for all.

And while I'll miss things like painless dentistry and air conditioning, I'm starting to buy into her philosophy, if not her horrible penchant for senseless violence and casual murder.  I mean, this IS what America demanded, right?  This is what they screamed for, threw tantrums over, and stood out on the street corners with badly spelled racist signs for.

And hell, as far as that child labor issue...You can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs, and you can't make a Brave New World without breaking some children.  Or so I am told.

Words cannot express the level of disgust I feel for America right now.
