Here's what we need right now:

• Relaunch The Dreaming social networking site ("The Aether") using elgg (or any other social networking install, really). I have it launched at http://cramul.us/dreaming/ but it hasn't been touched. Things that this site needs:

1. Reskin. Crisp, professional look. Motif is wild, creative, urban. Logo font: http://1001freefonts.com/Xenophone.php
2. Splash page with intro to the game text and pictures.
3. Standard social networking features: users can post blogs, status updates, start/join groups, post to forums, start events and invite people, login as your facebook account, one click post-to-facebook.
4. The Aether needs to be completely accessible via mobile phone. You should be able to post photos, status updates, & videos from your phone.
5. Display content from the rules wiki
6. A location can have a page (ie the Tarrytown Library), a group can have a page (ie the Fae of Long Island), an event can have a page (ie the living chess match). The creator should be able to post polls. The creator should be able to pass off admin powers to somebody else.
7. We need our own world map (like google maps) that players can put pins on. If possible, you should be able to mark off zones of territory.
8. Receive paypal micro payments and send out writeup/treasure. When a payment is received, the server automatically sends an e-mail to postful which in turn sends a real postcard (treasure) to the address submitted by a player.
9. Ultimately, the website will need a database to manage the game's treasure. Every time a player goes on a paid module, they will receive a post-card which can be used as a component in a ritual. Each piece of treasure will have a unique serial code. If you cast a ritual to create an item, you'll enter the serial codes of the consumed treasure onto the website. These items will then be "consumed" and cannot be used again in future rituals. If all the tags are valid, the system will mail you a new treasure card for the item you created.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING OUT. I would love to see this project re-launched, but I haven't yet figured out how to do the stuff listed above. If you have these awesome skills, you may be an awesome addition to the Dreaming Team.
