Ok, so now I've disabled not only windows update but also update orchestrator and changed them both to log in as "guest" and also deleted all windows update and update orchestrator related tasks in the task scheduler. Hopefully this will keep the damn thing off

A group of paranormal investigators stay up late on Christmas Eve waiting for Santa Claus

It occurs to me that one could make a killing in the philosophy game by taking a bunch of existing books on philosophy and running them through a markov chain program. So much of philosophy seems to be people randomly stringing words together and hoping they sound intelligent anyway that the process of writing books in the field could probably be reliably automated through this process

Running on python, NodeBox (httpx://nodebox.net/code/index.php/About) has a Kant Generator built in (used to). Just open it and run. Code can be moded to change rules, and there's an XLM file (I think) from which to draw sentences. Probably just as intelligible as Kant.
Chopra Generator
Thanks. That's awesome.

As far as I can tell, the Young Earth Creationist/Bible-Humpers are mostly: Baptist, Pentecostal, Seventh-Day Adventists, Jehovah's Witlesses, and various non-denominationals.

Basically the shit in the flyover states

Ah, that is just classic Trump isn't it.  Now I'm just waiting for something to be Obama's fault and for him to issue an illegal order and it will be perfect.

He also needs to say something about Hillary as if the election were still going on

(BTW, is there any way to delete the update service entirely?)

From what I've found in previous research, no. I'm sure there is a way, but it'll likely take hours to figure out, and I don't exactly have Windows 10 at my disposal here at work. It looks like there may be some ways to disable it if you're using Windows 10 Professional or higher. But beyond that, it looks like you might be looking at isolating the updating software on your own, and either removing the files manually

This is precisely what I'm talking about. Does anybody know the specific files so I can delete them?

I heard the Win10 updates can kill Classic Shell. And Classic Shell won't be making any new versions with fixes for that.

Which really puts the lie to the people who claim that disabling updates may harm your computer.

I'll roll those dice given that leaving updates on will definitely harm my computer.
