I'm doing what I feel like doing. If you don't like it tough shit. You want to bark out orders thats fine but don't be surprised when I ignore them. Never had much truck with authority.

I really need to stop using satire in my rants.

TGRR,
Thinks you should read it again, maybe.

You heard me.  Stop rocking the boat, you're keeping the rest of us awake.

Instead of posting your seditious perversions, tell us what you are eating/drinking/wearing/listening to/fucking/etc.  This way, we can all keep pretending that we are baaaaaaaaad.  Radicals.  Subversives.  We can continue to ignore the whistling sound of the hammer coming down, while we play silly games, and examine the mystical properties of the number 5.

Stop fucking with other boards.  Stop sending vicious letters to your congressmen/PMs.  Stop putting "out of order" signs on every public telephone/toilet/vending machine in your town.  That's not real Discordianism, damn you!  That's badwrong Discordianism...and verging on the Subgenius Heresy.

Wipe that shit-eating grin off of your face.  We are NOT amused by your antics, which make us very uncomfortable.  You'll probably get us all in trouble, and who will be laughing, then?  There are no jokes in the internment camps, so cut it out.

Instead, come up with another silly word game for us.  Tell us about the grotty little details of your vanilla life.  Make sure to tell us all how EVIL and REBELLIOUS you are.  Stop thinking about bad things, and concentrate on the fluffy white clouds. And when your soul finally shrieks out it's death-cry, all that will emerge from your bloated, sooper-sized carcass will be a belch, or perhaps a yawn.

You will finally be a Good American...and a Good Discordian,Ñ¢.

Or kill me.

Despite the obvious sarcasm, I would think it somewhat wiser to take this post literally.

That is, I prefer to follow the Path of Least Resistance,Ñ¢ ... at least, the way I see it is that we should be more concerned with gaining internal wisdom first, and then only later ... much later ... actually think about trying to pass that wisdom on to others if we want to.  But, then again, not everyone is cut out to be a bodhisattva, either.

*Insert pithy witticism here.*

Um, yeah.  And when they lock you in a chain link pen ANYWAY, you can just ask the Buddha nature to let you out.

I know some Buddhists.  They'd probably be interested in learning how you became a "bodhisattva" at such a young age.

You pretentious buffoon. :lulz:

Ain't it fucking hilarious?  Buddhist monks spend their ENTIRE LIVES trying to reach Satori/the Buddha nature, and EVERY 18 YEAR OLD ON THE INTERNETS DID IT IN A WEEK.

:lulz:

No wonder nobody takes that religion seriously anymore.

Fuck.

Anyway, I most certainly will not brag about having crashed a private rich boy's clubs' party the other night and trashing the place while chanting Communist slogans.  Because no-one ever saw the faces of the people involved and I would most certainly never do such a thing.

Sorry, I guess I was unclear.  I didn't mean to say I was a "bodhisattva" or anything of the like.  I think I would have to punch myself in the face if I claimed something like that.  I was more so making reference to your seemingly gung-ho attitude about spreading the Truth,Ñ¢, if that was in fact what you were suggesting.  My thought was that, I know I wouldn't really want someone assuming I'm just a pink who doesn't know anything, so I don't want to act that way towards others by criticizing how they might choose to make sense of it all.

Also, I was more thinking about "Bob" than Buddhism, anyway.  :sadbanana:

A boddhisattva is a being who has dedicated themselves to reaching enlightenment, usually refining over many many lifetimes.

An arahant is a being who has reached enlightenment under the teachings of the Buddha that came before him.

Just thought some definitions were in line. I see boddhisattva getting missused alot.
