It reads like the work of a younger man, with all the mania of Doktor Howl and a complete lack of cantankerous Horrible Bastardry. I suppose this would have been well before you developed your current personal lexicon, too.

To the Esteemed Good Reverend Roger,

We have been reviewing your file to attempt to rectify and achieve an optimal resolution to this apparent conflict of understanding. It seems that, much to our regret, our office neglected to properly notify you of some of the changes that went into effect shortly after the year 2001.

You see, in late 2002, it was decided that the General Public™ were no longer in need of "help" in the colloquial 20th-century sense. Best practices dictated that people would no longer need to be receptive to unsettling and potentially unproductive changes to their basic worldview and their approach to life.

In the interest of synergizing the General Public™, "help," in the broad sense, was redefined to mean a generalized, nonspecific affirmation of existing worldviews with an energetic tone applied for mass market appeal. Unfortunately, it seems that the notification of this change did not reach you in a timely fashion.
