Mojitos are in fact fantastic.

But I'm big on martinis, gin & tonics, dark & stormies... Actually, anything with booze in it. I have a high alcohol tolerance for someone so small, and a love of drinking till I can't feel feelings. So, basically, anything.

I enjoy Irish cream in hot chocolate, though. Very tasty and good for at night before bed.

1/2 bottle Ginger beer (not ginger ale)
1 indeterminate pour of dark rum.  (Gosling's 151 works fine)

Mix this in a recycled milk gallon jug:

1 Part Parrot Bay/Malibu/Barcardi CoCo
1 Part Island Blue Pucker
1 Part Pineapple Juice.
