Whoooo Androcell is sweet and indeed Efflorescence is a great chillout album.

My personal favourite for "ambient psy" (or however you'd classify this style) is Hydroponic Garden by Carbon Based Lifeforms. And for a slightly more upbeat chill-out with dub influences, OTT - Blumenkraft is simply superb (plus, OTT's got Discordian leanings, judging from the titles and samples in Skylon and the RAW T-Shirt he was wearing in the Twisted Records DVD interviews).

Hydroponic Garden is amazing. When the beat kicks in the first track...It's a trip of a lifetime!
Ott is also top notch. Loved every album. And the dubstep on the last one (Mir) is just beyond incredible.

Hell yeah.

I used to always play that track while biking to yoga class. And now if I'm really stressed, I play that track on headphones, calms me right the fuck down.

And no, Simon Posford is an arrogant twat that looks down on his fans. An absolutely brilliant arrogant twat that made some of the most beautiful music ever, but I never really got any "Discordian" vibes from him. While Ott is pretty explicit about it.

Yes. Beautiful from the beginning till the end. For me, the sickest part is from 'Adrift in Hilbert Space' till the "Squirrel And Biscuits".
Also, there had been released a new album by Carbon based lifeforms this summer - Twentythree. It's beatless ambient, but, like usual, deep stuff.
