Well, I was apparently trying to give myself a brain hemorrhage earlier, looking up these godawful music videos. So, I ask you to share your worst; your musical abortions, if you will....be it horrible lyrically, an eyesore of a video or some unholy combination of the two..

Here's a gem I found yesterday morning. It has twins, bad teeth, bad dancing, bad lyrics and shiny hot-pants...what more could you want?

I'm the new "God's Will"...Soon it'll be, "Oh, I can't be held accountable for THAT, Sister Gothique made me do it!"

A lost love affair, ancient Egypt, pyramids and skies on fire, a young queen, magic, the afterlife, Anubis, the Underworld, Vampires....apparently.  Also shitty, atonal singing.

I'd like to point out the Cheeky Girls were very popular in the UK, and an MP dated one of them.  Or was it both?  Then again, how would he know?

Lembit "Check-For-Your-Name" Opik.

What is it with these Lib Dems?

Do I recall correctly that their mother wrote that song?

I thought she made their costumes, but she might have written the song too.

Oaten is the exception that proves the rule.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGoWtY_h4xo  was so out of touch with the associated film, which Alan Rickman just about managed to salvage by turning it into a comedy.

Yep, composer credit is for cheeky-mum, Margaret Irimia [1].

Since this thread is all about musical atrocities, I should point out that since the mid-1950s, 20–30 have been perpetrated across Europe and near-Asia on an annual basis.

Why?

No specific reason other than it evokes for me a general feeling of disgust and uneasiness, and sympathy for Jarvis Cocker. I cannot quite say why. What I can determine is that this is not due to who the singer is.

Hmm.
I don't know. I'd never seen the video before (or payed attention to it) but I'd heard the song.
The baby seal made me cringe as well as the elephant, but I see the point he was trying to make.
The strange melody gives it an eerie effect.

I kinda like it? I can't tell. Mixed feelings.
