indeed. my brother often plays the game of "find the skin pores". open up some celeb or fashion mag, and see if you can find any :)

looks to me like a combo of plaster-style facial make up and extra-wrong photosoop smoothing and probably some lighting that makes the face makup look different than the rest of her body.
