There's dumb people everywhere, it's just that people expect to see it in Florida so they look for it. If anyone ever paid attention to Rhode Island, we'd totally take the cake.

NH is actually a tax-free dreamland where one can partake in cheap cheap liquor and any kind of fireworks imaginable. If it wasn't for that whole winter thing, I'd totally live there.

They make the rest of our New England states look baaaaad.
