Thanks guys! Uploaded to sketchfab
So everybody who loaded those zoomed to the inside of the model to try to look through the eye holes right?
Wasn't just me?
I would but I'm not tech savvy enough. It could make a great model for a mask though! One day IRL and Internet will be indistinguishable and woven together inseparably. ... not sure that's a good thing it's pretty 'effin cool!
There's currently a competition in progress - "design your virtual avatar"
We already post "selfies" on the facebook art groups where we use the oculus avatar and turn the camera around in Medium. Oculus avatar is one of those user defined things like in any bethesda game you ever played where you got sliders for sizes and shapes of things.
Mine looks like this only without the meat and bones thing. I'm basically a head and thorax and a couple of hands at this point. Not exactly the "residual self image" that Morpheus promised. Sensors are coming. All will be user defined soon enough.

So this weekend just gone I was stuck for a project and I decided that the Alan Moore thing has highlighted a need to figure out some decent workflows for hair.
First thing I needed was a head sculpt and I felt like the practice so I knocked up a quick - seeing shapes in clouds of clay - number that turned out to be a Gobliness.Enter Barbie Goblin. Who I proceeded to use as a model for various cutting edge, couture stylings. I got bored with the face after the first couple and started fucking about with expressions
