Not to make light of the tragedy here, but I did get a chuckle out of this from the comments section:
" Mr. Bolton (edit by me: the rapist) will probably end up in prison or dead before his life is over."
It was about him facing consequences later for his crimes now, but the "dead before his life is over" part struck me as funny.

My understanding is that publicly available professional phone numbers and addresses for the purpose of legitimate complaints, yes; personal contact information for people's homes, no, because that would be encouraging harassment. I would be very much in favor of a letter-writing campaign.
