Even the name of such a project comes from within those ranks.  Cathy O'Brien came up with the term, I believe, and her testimony is...questionable (Disassociative Identity Disorder with perfect recall of the actions of the alters?  That is not how DID works.  In fact that is the opposite of how DID works).

In fact, if you're looking for evidence of continuing attempts to perfect torture techniques with the use of drugs....then the best place to look is the Bush administration's extraordinary rendition program.  There were very disturbing rumours in the fall of 2008, when everyone else was paying attention to the election, that CIA medical officers had experimented on terrorist suspects in foreign countries with previously unused cocktails of drugs, which were used in addition to whatever techniques the host country felt may produce a response.

I didn't know O'Brian was the source for the Monarch thing.  But I have been reading how when the C.I.A was originally set up, the majority of it's operatives was were handpicked  SS Officers (And later, their sons) who had bought their tickets out of the Nuremberg Circus with research on the same trauma conditioning techniques Josef Mengeles was conducting in the death camps.

It never made logical sense to me why those Camps were staffed almost exclusively by SS Troops (Who, as elite fighting units could have been deployed in a more strategically effective way on the front lines) until I dug a little deeper into the mad dog's shite that Himmler was obsessed with. Now I think that even Hitler was taken aback as he realised just what a murderous psychopath he had for a Lieutenant.

So now there is no surprise that the C.I.A are still making use of, and enlarging upon that trauma conditioning research with their interrogation methods, and their (now documented) deep post hypnotic command MKULTRA testing of sleeper agents.

I'm not mad at you at all. It's just that you seem to display the capacity for critical thinking and intelligent discourse so I don't understand why you seem to spout off shit like that without stopping to think about whether or not it adds to the discussion, or even makes any sense.

IIRC, Khore is a teenager, which does explain a lot.

Not that teenagers are not entirely incapable of reasonable and rational thought (Idem, Cainad etc), it's just the odds tend to be a fair bit lower and it can take them some time to turn it around.

I seem to remember some really 'special' moments while I was figuring that one out. And I'm still not sure I've got it quite right yet.
