I feel your pain, Alty.  Because of quantum alignment and stuff,

But also because I know exactly what you mean with regards to the incentives to sell out.  It's easier, involves less time and work and usually profitable.  And it definitely pays more, and seems to get you more exposure.  And all it costs is your dignity.

I mean, I could, in my position, writing glowing articles about the former desposed President of Ukraine.  Or his replacements.  There are not-inconsiderable financial benfits to doing either.  Going full neocon or towing some kind of party line comes with a LOT of benefits, if you're willing to bend the truth, omit and distort. 

But then again, so long as you're managing to pay your bills, it does feel good to be able to look yourself in the eye whenever you catch your reflection.
