Several times a month, I will be in a store aisle reaching for something and feel a hand going up the inside of my thigh. In Mass, you'll get a ticket for not wearing a helmet when riding a bicycle (because it's UNSAFE) but the plows always push ten feet of snow onto the sidewalks, forcing people to walk in THAT traffic.
