Apparently, I was born without rear deltoids. Must be some kind of rare birth defect.

Seated Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise: 3 sets, 5 lbs(per arm), 7 reps. None of them really "counted".

I say 7 reps, but that's just the point where I started really feeling silly counting them.

Did squats for the first time this year yesterday, as my back is finally getting better again. 3x7 at 176 lbs. After a 3,5 mile hike with  a 12 lbs weight vest. I can`t walk.  :sad:

I'm halfway back into lifting. sets of 10 with 60% of RM. Won't get much stronger, but damn, I'll grow.

Managed a new PR this afternoon doing ladders, ending with 60 pound dumbbells on the inclined bench.  My arms are potato...and when I got done with the set, I couldn't put the dumbbells down.

missed the 220.4 lbs (100kg) lift. Managed the 214 (97,5 kg). Considering competing in the Nationals in may. Should break well over the 100 mark by then.

331 lb squat.


209.5 lb bench press.


402.5 deadlift.

943 lb total, a 55 lb gain since christmas. I is happy camper.

But 75 per hand on dumbbell press is no big deal now, and I'm benching 205 with the bar.
