...I just puked on the engineer. Again (I did this last year).
Because he was bloviating between me and the bathroom. Again.
WIN.
Augh, I hope I didn't give it to you.
Drink lots of water and puke as much as you can. That'll clear your stomach, I found.
Everyone here is barfing too.
And that engineer obviously needed to learn a lesson.

Ima run out of engineers. :)
Roger: Out of the way, Mike.
Mike (imagine impossibly nasal voice): Now, just a minute here, I need you to...
Roger: BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRF!
Mike: Shit.
Roger: See? (points) Cucumber and tomato salad!
Mike: (Makes retching noises, staggers off)
As soon as my stomach calms down, Ima go home.

I do too. And I usually agree that I'd rather lie still, but it was either puke in the bathroom or puke in my bed. That shit was happening whether I liked it or not.

Yeah, she was only sick for a day or so. Same with the guys at work who have had it.
Even Ed got sick, which means this is SUPERBUG. Because Ed's hate kills most microbes 10' away.
The best part about puking illnesses, projectile vomiting aside, is once you puke, you immediately feel much better, yet people will want you away from work regardless. Its basically like having another day off, except you occasionally run to the toilet and chunder up half-digested food.

Actually, the last time this happened, my boss asked me if I could "stick it out".
I offered to work the rest of the day, if I could do it in his office. He doesn't ask that sort of thing anymore.
Yeah, probably the best way to respond to such things.
Fortunately, working in the food industry means anything like that and you're off home right away. Even if you feel fine and promise not to do it again.

Point.
Can't have the waitstaff, etc, woofing cookies in the food (or even handling it).
I hate puking, several insane bouts with bad food or epic illness in college had me nauseos and heaving, ubale to even focus on a computer screen, for days on end. On at least one occasion the foce of my own projectile vomit and the accompanying muscle tensing was the ONLY thing keeping me standing.
I got a reputation for inhuman will when I still tried to attend study groups and class regardless of this.
I hate puking so much. It totally wrecks me; I become a complete and utter crying mess, I wet myself, blood vessels in my eyes burst, and my throat burns for days.
Which makes it really unfortunate that I will pretty much barf at the drop of a hat.
I've only ever puked as a result of hangovers for...a long time. Which isn't bad, since I'll wake up, know I'm going to barf, find something pleasant to barf up like a banana or something and then wait for the inevitable. Certainly beats the hell out of an abominable headache.
If you're still chucking stuff up I recommend eating brownies and vomiting in a public area.
If you can manage, it will help settle your stomach if someone video tapes it.
Why isn't someone taking Roger into their protective Bossoms?
"Come to my healing Bossoms Roger"
I lack a bosom of my own and I'm not comfortable with him borrowing my lady friend's bosom.
Fuck, now I'm going to start saying that word...
I would rather puke than lay still and be miserable for a day. Puke once or twice, sleep all day, be fine the next morning.
Feel better Dok. Milk and toast? Usually works for me.
Maybe we can promote your Lady Friend to the Communial Bosom?
The Bosom will be passed around the Elder Circle and possibly smoked.
I'm very much against this idea, but it's her body so I'll have to ask her and see what she says.
I would of thought it would of been a great honour amonst the Principia.
ok screw it your right, probably one of the grosest things ever. You know what? Fuck you all you sick fucks.

Food poisoning showed me puking = GOOD. It's over in 12-24 hours, as opposed to 72 when your body decides to go the other route.

Well, you know where I am. We run Pathfinder ("D&D 3.7") once a week.
I've got to figure out what this year is going to look like before I make any more travel plans, but it sounds fun.
