I can't remember the first thing that came to mind with cartoons, but I do recall being a huge fan of "What's Up" by 4 Non Blondes when I was in the 4th grade.

I didn't even know the name of the song until I saw it in that hysterical video and looked it up. I'm still laughing, that was so well done.
