Actually it looks like they will forgive a first time felony drug conviction and allow financial aid after certain criteria are met.  Go figure.

But your conviction wasn't drugs right trix?

No, I was convicted of Party to a Crime: Armed Burglary.

And, before it's mentioned, no, I don't mean armed robbery.  We broke into a house and stole guns, we didn't rob people at gunpoint.  And yes, it was a retarded thing to do.

Now this smells of honesty.

Listen to him, Trix.  We're all shit flinging ARTEEEEEEEEEEEEESTS!

Someone should do something.

Dok,
Holding his cigarette backwards.  EET EES ALL SO BORRRRING!

You're the best there is, Dok!  :D
you know, you're the only person that i've ever lost sleep over an argument with, excepting my wife?  i mean that literally.  there's been a couple times that i've been laying in bed thinking about some disagreement with you and been unable to turn it off.  i'm generally really good at being able to dismiss such things, but for some reason, you've got my number.  i consider that an asset, and a growth opportunity.
and maybe it's some creepy Benjamin Franklin shit, but you got my respect and admiration, Roger, regardless of what you think of me.  :)

I've had that happen to me, back in the bad old days.   :lulz:

EDIT: I take back this post, as it came off more defensive then I intended, and draws attention to things better left on previous pages.

Though someone will probably quote it anyway.

I just went thru the FAFSA application.  You conveniently forgot to answer if you had been convicted of a felony period.  If you get caught, you will have to repay all the money they have given you no tto mention the potential criminal charges.....

Good job!! :genius:

I filled out the FAFSA two years ago, I don't remember everything it said.  I remember it making a point of drug convictions, as I have a friend that was barred for his drug conviction.  I do know that I filled it out honestly.  I have a thing about honesty.

So no, I wont get "caught" for anything.  And yes, they give me financial aid despite a felony conviction.  This conversation is going in circles.

It was not.  I was tried and convicted as an adult, hence spending time in Sturtevant and 4 years on probation.

Yeah, bullshit.  I just looked at the actual application.  This is just a "glitzier" form of ehow, yahoo questions and such.

I really don't care dude.

You're a douche.
