A new 50-post suggestion

I'm pretty sure a user is "Known" until 50 posts, when they become "Noted".

I don't know when they become "Deserved It".

I think leaving the postcounts and using those markers would be better, I like the scrambled post counts.

I can remove the scrambler pretty quickly.

I think we could do with some new Titles and I can directly change that but technically that should only be The MGT account that can.
