Ugh.  That sucks.  I know of a few places like that in the desert, especially.  Fucked up, if you ask me. 

I used to hate the desert--but now, I find it beautiful in a sterile way.  It's stark and harsh.  But it's got a softness to its lines, especially in the dawn or sunset.

I envy you your present freedom.  I've been needing to "get away" since I got back from vacation.  But then, I'm always happiest on vacation.

Why the fuck didn't you just say that before. You could have easily avoided the arguement by saying "no, no, you got it all wrong, let me explain..." There's a part of the art of war that says any battle in which there is no tangible gain is a loss.  You can only win by having a nice cup of "shut the fuck up" and come back in a few weeks.  Trust me on this one.  I'm a pretentious attention whore.

teh reason TGGR pwns is cos he gives nothing away. Even with hardcore badasses like ECH and LMNO you get little insights into personality, gives you a feel for who you're getting bitchslapped by, if you have that you're halfway to slapping back. Defo - You're right on my case every stupid opinion I make. That takes some doing. ECH has never really fucked with me but I've seen him being pretty brutal to others, I'm sure I'll get my chance soon. RBG is awesome fearsome too. Cain tries but he's got a kinda cute cuddly side that lets him down a bit. I'd say that sorta covers the Harcore badasses of this forum, although I could imagine MGD would be awesome if riled, I can't imagine anything riling him. He's kinda like the chewbacca of discordianism.

Cow Ass: You're not helping yourself.  The best way to convince someone you are not attacking them is not to attack them right after they noticed that.  I personally felt very little was wrong with the original post you made, though the tone could have been nicer.  That said, you didn't have to escalate, you CHOSE to.  Also, you were way out of fucking line on the second page.  You're lucky someone didn't decide to give you a few days off to cool down.

Roger: wtf?  Sure, the first CA post wasn't fantastic, but did it merit that response?  Really?  So the twerp can't read, since when have you had an aversion to laughing at illiterates?  I doubt anyone else would have merited that response and you HAVE been harder on CA's case than others, you cannot deny that.  And the blast at ECH?  I think they were valid and politely stated points, even if they were not part of the original rant.  Thread drift happens, even you admit that and I for one would have been interested in the answers.

Cain, ECH, Felix, MGD: what the hell were you bastards doing standing by the sidelines?  This thread has become a complete clusterfuck and you stood around and did nothing - just like the old mods did (though, to be fair, at least you didn't maliciously edit posts or sign up an alt).  You're job isn't to take sides but to make sure shit like this DOES NOT HAPPEN.  Nice job of sleeping on watch, people.

Jenne: must you insist on tag-teaming with Roger all the time?  Its staring to look like a Felix-LG combo in here, only the person who is the target isn't Rog this time.  I seem to remember some people raising objections to that....though personally I don't care how many people disagree so long as they state their reasoning.

Aini: some of your advice was actually useful, but alot was worthless.  Someone is NOT an alt until they are stupid enough to slip up and reveal themselves as such.  Feeding the constant paranoia around here is NOT helping.
