what i really can't imagine is that, they in fact had this scenario running live for a short time, didn't they?

The only anime that I found worth my time was FLCL.  I liked what I saw of Super Milk Chan and Shin Chan but not enough to actually hunt them down to see all the episodes.  And I still need to watch all of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
