I think so, but I've only beaten it once. That author's other games have multiple endings though so there could be some variance tucked in there.

it's a multiplayer strategy game (I know it doesn't seem like on, trust me, it is) where the universe is ruled by emperor Norton.

Currently in post-win, pre reset period, so now is the perfect time to get a handle on the game and get ready for the competition again, which should start in about a week.
