Often, people will have radically different viewpoints, or occasionally a different degree of knowledge than you.

They will not hesitate to call you out if the disagree or think you're wrong.

you will be engaged in several different feedback loops. the trick is to modify your input/output until the feedback loops deliver the signal you want. It's not as hard as it sounds.
