Lady Gaga is a Discordian right? I just saw that telephone video and it was the most gloriously incomprehensible thing I've ever seen in my life. And I'd hate to go to bed thinking that there was anyone out there doing things like that as a dead ass serious attempt at art.

I beg to differ.
I don't even think she likes half of her shit as it sounds sarcastic when she sings it. She's good at marketing in a "watch, I'm gonna sing this in a funny tone and make up words and these assholes are gonna eat it up" and that's why I like her son much. She actually can sing and has talent which is what separates her from the other "hip" garbage.
Also cause she's just too damn weird not to like.

I'd never seen her videos before or heard her music. I just watched 2, which were interesting/strange. Reminds me a bit of Marilyn Manson with the costumes, and some of the music is reminiscent of Mechanical Animals.

Eh, its not that hard to play the entertainment media, it's just most musicians are kinda dumb, so one that can think about publicity in a strategic manner is something of a rarity.
