Another option is to get yourself aligned with a local metaphysical store.  Get on their list and start building a clientele from that.  Sign up for Psychic Fairs and such, that helps build a clientele as well.

There are no local metaphysical stores, and I have done the fair circuit a bit, currently I have no transportation though and fair season is over, so I gotta do online and on phone for the moment.

The problem with MW is so many over there will do readings for free.  I thought you had to pay to get on their "list" or their advertisements.  I may be wrong of course.

As for the other options, I think Keen where Bella and the others are is probably the best one out there.
