TESTEMONAIL:  Right and Discordianism allows room for personal interpretation. You have your theories and I have mine. Unlike Christianity, Discordia allows room for ideas and opinions, and mine is well-informed and based on ancient philosophy and theology, so, my neo-Discordian friends, open your minds to my interpretation and I will open my mind to yours. That's fair enough, right? Just claiming to be discordian should mean that your mind is open and willing to learn and share ideas. You guys are fucking bashing me and your laughing at my theologies and my friends know what's up and are laughing at you and honestly this is my last shot at putting a label on my belief structure and your making me lose all hope of ever finding a ideological group I can relate to because you don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about and everything I have said is based on the founding principals of real Discordianism. Expand your mind.

Actually the last one I went to was rather peaceful.  There was a truce reached over a few lagers.

They called it the Harp's Accord.

The violins particularly are causing children to become calloused.

:lulz:  I am going to tell that joke on Turkey Day.  (it's sorta a turkey of a joke)

Well, speaking as one with a Liszt to classical music, any orchestra that can't Handel Messiah should go Bach to basics.

True, true.  It's no good to be Haydn on the Messiah.

And the advertisements are annoying as hell.

They need to ease Orff on the Billings.

Perhaps they had a big Bassoon payment to make.

I think they're just blowing their own horn.

And don't get me started on the woodwind section.  I'm remembering in particular an orchestra I saw in Buffalo, New York.  The flautists were all acting like they were hot shit.  But as long as I've been into the orchestra scene I've never really dug fluties.

yeah I know, that pun was a bit of a Hail Mary
