actually, yes. I've been there too. there have a few times in my lifetime, during which I have been depressed to the point at which I figured it'd be easier to end it myself.

I will tell you right f'ing now that people who call it a coward's way out, like you are...

I myself decided that it wasn't worth it to put family/friends through it, and I found the idea of actually commiting the act the be despicable, on top of that the idea of a botched suicide attampt was worse than the actual act. Shit happens, and most of the time it doesn't get better on it's own. if you don't activly change whats wrong in your life, then nothing is going to get better. and allthough meds can't solve every problem, it sure can help with just about any problem.

It isn't really useless, since children who commit suicide will make their parents pay for the crime (at least in countries where adults are legally responsible for eveything their children do).
