I think the lame flirting and boasting about perversions is probably just as annoying as the puns.  But anyways...

w/e I'm not that invested in it.  Just pointing out those kind of threadjacks are as annoying as the pun-based ones, so maybe it's not the puns that are the issue, it's the boring, low-in-sound-high-in-noise nature of the threadjacks.

Sister Fracture

I kinid of think the ppuns are less of an annoyanceince I like them and can participate sometimes, whereas the flirting is gross, gets old, and fills me with rage.

And then I move on.

A Tucsonite is like a Christian in several important ways.  For one thing, they believe what they say about their god in the most literal, straightfaced way possible.  For another, they both know their god can hear them.  The difference between the two, however, is quite vast in terms of their relationship with their god; Christians believe in His benevolence, but Tucsonites KNOW of The City's spite and hate.

No one can be expected to maintain a high quality signal all the time. When I think I have some good things to say, I am quick to say them. Since I have been here Apple Talk has always been this way, so as far as I can see it's not going to change anytime soon.

Cynicism is a blank check for failure.

I am feeling contrary today. Suppose I should just log-off, but then who could I annoy?

Jenne

That's ok.  Everything I say is badwrong.   So I guess I just lose anyway.  :lulz:

You both lose, because everything I say is intentionally badwrong. I will accept an undisputed championship trophy now.

"Billy, when I say that ethics is our number one priority and safety is also our number one priority, you should take that to mean exactly what I said. Also quality. That's our number one priority as well. Don't look at me that way, you're in the corporate world now and this is how it works."
