Intelligence isn't connected to social skills, or the willingness to employ them (Wade, Enki, etc).  I think he has them, but somehow thinks this is amusing or will increase his chances at breeding (not sure how that works, but it's fairly common).

I'm not writing him off, yet.  We'll see.

I don't think it's fair to put Enki in the same pond as this guy.  Enki at least is nice but incapable of good social skills, and isn't "LOL NIGGER ETC".

I've never figured the stars out. At one point I thought it had something to do with postcount, but that's not it because I have twice as many stars as Roger does and there's no way I am anywhere near his postcount. And it's got nothing to do with being a mod, and we don't have rep.
