Go to the store and buy as much junk food as you can.  Spam, candy, pizza, leftover dumpster snacks, you name it.  Eat as much as you can.  Then when you poop it all out, you will create the most decadent black egg.  True alchemy.  Top it all off with some golden ambrosia.  Bottoms up!
